Cancellation Policy

We get it — sometimes you change your mind. Here’s how cancellations work at Threadeco:

Cancel Within 12 Hours
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you need to cancel, please email us at shopthreadeco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After 12 Hours
Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after 12 hours. If your order has already begun processing or has shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

In that case, we’re still happy to help — you’ll be able to exchange your purchase for another item in store. Exchanges must be made within our standard return/exchange window and in original condition with tags attached.

Special Notes
– Exchanges are for store credit or item-for-item value.
– Style boxes and curated items follow their own exchange guidelines if applicable.
